Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.
90 minute Treatments: by request only. Times available 10:20am or 5:10pm.
Health Fund Rebates: health fund rebates are only available for AHM, Australian Unity, BUPA, CBHS, Grand United Health (G.U), NIB / Qantas NIB.
You will be sent an invoice after your treatment with David's provider number for you to manually claim.
Payment: will be processed through a Commbank Smart Mini (EFTPOS reader) with an additional 1.1% surcharge. No AMEX, sorry.
Cancellation Policy: failure to provide 24hrs notice of cancellation or re-schedule for a completed booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the original fee.
